Morgat Surf House
Possibility to rent the whole house or a single apartment.
Rentals are by week minimum and arrivals only on Saturday or Sunday.
During the summer, only the entire house is bookable and for two weeks minimum.

1400 € / week ( exempt summer holidays )
1900 € / week during summer holidays
Apartement
Sun Apartment ( upstairs ) : 700 € / week ( october to march)
850 € / week ( april to september )
Ocean Apartment ( ground floor ) : 650 € / week ( october to march)

Departure Time : 11am

Animals not accepted
Parties not accepted
A deposit is requested on arrival and is returned on departure if no damage is observed.
Cleaning must be done before departure in order to make the accommodation as clean as when you arrived.
Please take care of the equipment and furniture made available and respect the neighborhood and the environment.
A rental contract and a description of the accommodation are sent to confirm the reservation
